About this house rental

Situated in central Airlie Beach this is a stylish and modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully air-conditioned townhouse with stunning sea/marina/island views from both levels and unlimited free wifi access.

There is an onsite swimming pool which guests can use.

There is an allocated undercover parking space and free on street parking directly outside the complex.

Perfect for couples and families who want to enjoy a relaxing break, but be a short 300m walk to the vibrant Airlie Beach main street for when you want to get involved in the action (corner Lewis Street/Begley Street).

This double storey townhouse is a in a complex of 18 townhouses. The interior has been recently renovated, is fully air-conditioned and has modern, stylish furnishings.

The ground floor is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that opens onto a balcony with marina and sea views. There are comfortable couch & chairs; smart TV; a modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle; and a breakfast bar area with stools for dining.

This opens onto a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the tropical climate.

There is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board just off the entrance hall.

The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and sea views. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe.

There is a balcony across the upper level where you can sit and enjoy the sea & marina views. This is accessible via the master bedroom.

There is a swimming pool in the complex which guests can use (open 8am-9pm, no glass).

Parking is in the basement area below (one parking space) plus free street parking is available directly outside the building.

The property is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill - it's a two minute walk down the hill to the Airlie Beach main street but it may take a little longer to walk back up - IT'S WORTH IT FOR THE VIEW!.

Fantastic apartment really well equipped with everything you need and was modern and clean, it was also close to all the amenities. Wonderful communication with the host, nothing was too much, would definitely recommend.

Tracey, the host, was so helpful with recommendations for the shuttle before our arrival and an excellent communicator before and during our stay. She always responds almost immediately. She also allowed us to have a late check out, which was so appreciated as our flight out wasn't until 3:15 in the afternoon. She had welcome treats in the fridge for us on our arrival, and it was so unexpected and such a sweet welcome to her super cute condo. The two bedrooms are upstairs, as are both bathrooms. Beds are comfy and the condo is fully equipped except for an American style coffee maker. We got used to instant coffee that seems to be the norm in Australia, so all was good. The condo is located just a 5 minute or so walk from one end of the main street, but it is on a very steep hill. There are a lot of hills in Airlie Beach so I would guess most rentals will all have this same issue. We took taxis to the port of Airlie (which is located on the other end of the main street and would be about a 25-minute walk) for our early day trip departures. They were around $12.00 AUS each way, and easy to book through their app. Loved our stay in Airlie Beach at this condo and Tracey is a super host. Highly recommend.
