About this apartment rental
This 1-bedroom, 1.25-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful lake and mountain views. Updated kitchen and bathroom. New doors, furniture, and patio furniture, in fall 2020. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.
The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with stone surround. An oversized lounging chair sits between two walls of windows where you can take in the beautiful views. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. During the winter you overlook ice skating and hockey and during summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully remodeled guest bathroom, located just past the kitchen, features a stunning dual-sink vanity for added convenience. The separate walk-in shower, complete with a sleek tile surround, ensures both style and privacy. Additionally, a door separates the shower and toilet area, enhancing the sense of space and seclusion. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an abundance of natural light. It also includes a convenient quarter bath with a single sink vanity, and offers direct access to the full guest bathroom.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

This was a gorgeous place to stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the cleanliness and comfort of the place was also great. Highly recommend!

It was one of our best vacations. Location was perfect for us, close to bike trails, shooting range, all the towns were 15 mins away. Bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing we’d suggest was kitchen was lacking enough silverware & utensils. Shower was amazing too!

We stayed here for a couple of nights for a quick getaway. The condo had everything we needed for our stay; a comfortable bed, nice living room and kitchen. There were a couple of problems with the condo that didn't get fixed while we were there. We could not get the TV in the living room to get DISH TV channels. We called the property management company and spoke for them quite a long time while they were trying to troubleshoot the problem. This issue was never resolved. The second issue was that there was a loud party going on across the lake and they played very loud music until 1 am. We had all the windows closed, but could still hear the music. We were expecting a quiet night's sleep, but this was not the case. We contacted the property manager after our trip was over and they said that the music was coming from a Vail Resorts Leadership party. According to the property instructions that WE were given, we were supposed to abide by their noise policy; "We are located in a residential community, and although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. We ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum". Unfortunately, Vail Resorts did not have to abide by this policy. The property management company said that in the future, I would need to ask them if any parties were going on to make sure that we would have a quiet time. Sorry, this doesn't make sense. If I need to keep quiet at 10:00 pm, then everyone around the lake should have to as well. Given this response, I probably would not rent in this area and use this company again, even though the condo itself was wonderful and had a pretty view.
