About this cottage rental
The rural house Gemerendura is an old farm house, rehabilitated keeping the materials of the area, stone, adobe, iron, wood, etc.
It has two floors: on the first floor it has three bedrooms with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed dedicated to reading and board games and a bathroom that serves the rooms; on the ground floor is a large fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, etc., a bathroom, a living room with fireplace, TV and DVD, a large hallway and a garden with porch, barbecue and terrace furniture to spend some unforgettable evenings.

Old barn rehabilitated keeping the popular structure of the area, (stone, wood, wrought iron.)
Of careful decoration They are suns mix traditional and comfort, has a large living room with dining room, fireplace and LCD TV 32 ', a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and a large kitchenware.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 30 meters suite, where three beds are located, two of 1.20 and another type couch of 0.90.
The house is prepared for 5 people, but its construction allows to close the upper part and leave a cute apartment for two people, there is also the possibility of an interior courtyard linked with the rural house Gemerendura and thus accommodate a group of 12 -13 people
They are located in the heart of the Valley of Ambles, between the Sierra Paramera and the Sierra de Avila near the natural area La Serrota. You can do many activities, hiking, cycling routes, mushroom picking, hunting, cultural tourism, seeing the Celtic castros of Ulaca, Chamartin and Cogotas, ruins of the Monastery of Risco, birth of the river Adaja.
Quiet town where to disconnect, its proximity to the river makes its fauna and its flora are very varied, being able to see kites, bee-eaters, vultures, storks, ash, white poplars, etc.
Strategically located: it is located 24 km from Ávila with its culture and gastronomy, 30 minutes from the Gredos platform, 100 km from Segovia, 120 from Salamanca, 130 from Madrid

Hemos estado en este puente de Diciembre 4 personas y un niño en la casa Son Soles, ha sido una estancia maravillosa la casa esta muy completa no le falta detalle ninguno muy confortable y amplia, la relación calidad precio es insuperable, los alrededores perfectos para desconectar del mundanal ruido, los dueños muy amables y muy pendientes de que tu estancia sea perfecta, en fin totalmente recomendable.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maria Jesus et son mari.
La maison est très jolie, située dans un petit village de campagne avec tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances (en famille, couple ou amis).
Nous avons profité pour se reposer dans le jardin avec vue sur la montagne et légumes du jardin à déguster ; faire des randonnées et aller aux lacs alentours. Enfin, les villes à quelques kilomètres d'ici, Avila, Ségovie et Salamanque (aussi Madrid et Tolède) sont superbes !

Una gran experiencia de alojamiento rural, las casas son preciosas y con todo lo que necesitas, bien decoradas, espacios amplios y a muy buen precio. El trato de los propietarios ha sido genial, son encantadores, sin duda repetiremos.
