This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Skyhome has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa sound! The unit has been recently remodeled and has tile floors, flat screen TVs with upgraded Internet and cable, and new furniture.
Bedding in this unit consists of King, Queen Queen, King, Sleeper Sofa. Located in Tower 2, this tower is adjacent to the Lifestyle Center which is the heart of the resort.
Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island.
Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo and property are beautiful and offer lots of amenities. We usually play tennis and enjoy the hot tub when we are there, but the weather was in the 20s during our stay so we spent a lot of time indoors. I highly recommend Portofino, especially this unit!

This was one of the best places my family has stayed on a vacation. The condo was roomy, in a great location, clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was awesome. We would love to stay there again.

This place amazed us! With over 2000 sq ft, there was plenty of room for the 10 members of our family. The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. The view from the wrap around balcony was outstanding and a great place to relax. The resort’s accommodations were kid and adult friendly. Loved it!
