This bright and comfortable one-bedroom plus loft condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers a welcoming mountain retreat just a short walk from downtown Breckenridge. The living area features modern furnishings, a beautiful fireplace, and stunning views of Baldy Mountain. Prepare meals in the full kitchen or step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the mountain scenery any time of day. With a queen bed in the primary bedroom and additional sleeper sofas in the loft and living area, this condo offers flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. Located on the top floor, this unit provides a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring the mountains.
Guests staying at Sundowner have access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub, just a short walk from the complex. Please note that the pool closes seasonally, including April 19–May 22, 2026, and from mid-September through mid-November, with fall dates to be determined.
The location makes it easy to enjoy Breckenridge year-round, with Main Street's shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Skiers can walk to the Peak 9 lifts or the Snowflake lift for access to the mountain, while nearby trails and outdoor activities offer plenty to explore in the warmer months.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The location was excellent, and easy to walk to from town or drive up to. The views were lovely, and the kitchen was very comfortable and easy to use. We had a great time using the hot tub after hiking, and watching the sunrise and sunset on the mountains. Overall, an excellent place to call home for a little while.

The place we stayed at it was very clean and well organized. It was close to town so we could walk to everything! It was a great place to stay.

As I said, no problem whatsoever with the property it self. The manager on the other hand, was incredibly rude. They gave us the wrong directions to the room so we were lost, climbing up amd down stairs in different buildings. After driving for half a day to get there to have to walk up and down stairs east too much. When we called she said you have the instructions just follow them, even before I told her that we were following the instructions. She said we are about to close so we can’t help you. I asked to speak to the manager she said I AM THE MANAGER... goodbye. We ended up knocking people’s doors until somebody gave us a clue of what was wrong and that’s how we finally found the room. Horrible experience.
