The lounge leads out to a small terrace with a dining table and chairs, a sprial staircase from here leads to the large roof terrace with views to the sea and the community. The roof terrace is furnished sunlongers and a seating area with table.

Located in the newer phase of Fuentes de la Duquesa also know as Duquesa Golf. The complex has two swimming pools and underground parking.
