Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko do plaży, widok na morze

Można się przyczepić do tego, że nie wiadomo skąd wziąć klucze, jak wjechać na teren posesji, jakie jest przypisane miejsce postojowe. Dla przyszłych odwiedzających- klucze wraz z pilotem do szlabanu znajdują się w skrytce przy drzwiach, czyli najpierw trzeba zaparkować na zewnątrz, skoczyć po klucze i dopiero można otworzyć szlaban. Co do miejsca parkingowego to dowiedziałem się na infolinii gdzie mam zaparkować. Basen oraz sala gier i zabaw są czynne od 11 do 19.

Bardzo wygodnie urządzony apartament. Duży plus za dużą ilość miejsca do schowania ubrań - głównie szuflad oraz wieszaków i miejsc na kosmetyki w łazience. Przestronna łazienka. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni i spora rozkładana kanapa. Na miejscu w osobnym budynku całkiem spory basen i sauny. Bardzo przestronny balkon, który oprócz wygodnych mebli do wypoczynku pomieści rozłożoną suszarkę na ubrania i zostanie jeszcze sporo miejsca np. na matę do jogi...jak kto lubi.

Dla mnie sporym mankamentem był fakt, że balkon jest od północy. Słońce na nim pojawiało się około 17.00. Brakowało mi... najzwyklejszej miotły. Był odkurzacz, zmiotka i szufelka, ale miotła przy tej ilości piachu... dla mnie nieoceniona.Jeżeli chodzi o dodatkową pościel - do rozłożenia na kanapę -była wystarczającej ilości i czysta, ale prześcieradło było tak zużyte, że wręcz przetarte. Podejrzewam, że to jest w gestii firmy zarządzającej apartamentem, aby weryfikować takie aspekty. Osobiście przeszła bym do porządku dziennego nad tym prześcieradłem, ale Córka uparła się, żeby o nim napisać...cóż rośnie bardziej wymagające pokolenie klientów.

Apartment is comfortable and modern with a spacious balcony and nice chairs and table. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Beach close by, about 10 minutes walk. Kołobrzeg around 15 minutes drive. Lovely view on the sea from the balcony, bedroom and living room. Close to local shop and small number of places to eat. Beach is wonderful.

We were lucky enough to meet the owners and shown their apartments, which were very well appointed and equipped. There were some issues with this Apartment, 35/G........ I had to collect keys from a different location to the apartment, around 2.5km away. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong keys, so had to make an additional journey to get the right ones !! Not much fun late in the evening after a 9 hour drive. As owners of an apartment short-term let company we have experience of creating guests' environments and unfortunately this apartment lacks a few things. The balcony was very dirty on arrival and, in spite of a supposed extra clean, remained so. The worst issue is the constant very bad smell in the bathroom. No matter what you do it just will not go away. We ended up covering the shower floor drain, although this only worked sometimes. Mostly it was a foul odour - very unpleasant. The kitchen has enough equipment, it is a shame that there is only a small cooking hob (2 rings) as this limits dining in of an evening. Also, there is a lack of a Nespresso machine (an absolute must for travellers these days). The coffee jug thing just does not cut it. Things that we provide our guests (Luxe Living, Krakow) include bottles of water, crisps and beers were lacking also. It's these little touches that make the difference. The fridge was just a small one with tiny freezing compartment when a larger of each makes more sense. Also, we were there for 10 days and there is no washing machine, even though the bathroom is huge. We really could have done with this. The owners were very responsive to our issues, although could not solve the balcony glass dirt or the bathroom odour. We were compensated for our inconvenience and it was very easy and helpful of the staff when we wanted to extend our stay.
