EL PALOMAR HOUSE
Modern independent house of three floors of 200 m2 with views of the town and the Valley.
The first consists of living room with fireplace and kitchen view, a toilet, small pantry and garden terrace with a pear tree and a plum tree (barbecue, table and 12 outdoor chairs).
On the second floor there are 4 double bedrooms (2 share a small terrace), and a shower room.
And the third floor-attic, consists of 1 room with a bed of 1.50 m. with full bathroom seen, study or work table, and exercise bike, 1 double bedroom and a shower room. Cradle available.
The situation of extreme tranquility, although it is located within the urban area and very close at a time to do shopping, visit the town or have a drink in some terrace of the place.
The house is located in the Tiétar Valley and surrounded by the Sierra de Gredos.

La casa es tal cual las fotos. nosotros eramos 6 parejas de treintañeros cada pareja tenia su habitación, todas las habitaciones muy bien, unas un poco mas grandes y otras mas pequeñas o menos grandes mejor dicho pero en general muy bien.
La planta de abajo cuenta con el salon/comedor/cocina todo diáfano, en la mesa podíamos comer los 12 a la vez al igual que en las mesas que había en el exterior al lado de la barbacoa. Plaza en el sofá también para todos así no había disputas.
Cocina y menaje muy bien, hay platos, vasos y cubiertos a cascoporro, tostador, microhondas etc etc. no echamos nada en falta. Calefacción en toda la casa.
Como punto negativo la tele, que podía ser mas grande, pero teniendo la sierra de Gredos al lado mejor salir a disfrutar un poco.
La atención de Joana y Bea estupenda.
Si volvemos a la zona es muy posible que repitamos. Para los 12 que eramos perfecta.

Somos tres familias con niños y hemos pasado el último fin de semana de Marzo en Mombeltrán. La casa es perfecta para un grupo grande, muy cómoda y amplia y con todo lo que se puede necesitar, perfectamente equipada. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy luminosas, y con una decoración sencilla pero muy muy acogedora. Tanto Joana como Bea que nos recibió son encantadoras, y nos han facilitado toda la información necesaria para pasar un fin de semana en esta zona tan bonita. Teniendo en cuenta que nos llovió bastante, tener una casa cómoda fué muy importante. Las vistas desde las habitaciones eran excelentes, por tanto muy recomendable.
