Зручне розташування, недалеко магазини та кафе, місця де можна поїсти чи купити їжу. Близько вихід до гір. В будинку було тихо і спокійно. Зручна кухня, можна було швидко приготувати їжу. Доброзичливість до дітей.
В душовій кабіні погано спускається вода, починає набиратись, поки миєшся. Не сподобались відеокамери відеонагляд в кухні та коридорі. Господарі про відеонагляд не попереджували, попереджувальних табличок теж не було.

Майже в центрі. Поряд багато магазинів, близько джерело. Через дорогу гірська річка. Шикарні краєвиди.
Коти ходять як до себе додому, тому в кімнаті (конкретно за ліжком) був «специфічний аромат», - неможливо було спати. Не було телевізору (в ремонті), але завдяки гарній місцевості і погоді, він і не був потрібним. Був мангал і дрова, але решітки чи шампурів не допросилися, та і мангальна зона, як такова, відсутня...на плитці, під чужими вікнами, серед різного прання, сидіти не дуже і хотілося.
