Deutsch (English version below) Exzellente Unterkunft für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Es hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche haben wir hauptsächlich für das Frühstück genutzt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das größte Highlight ist die fantastische Lage direkt am Meer. Jeden Abend kann man den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Zentrum von Rovinj ist auch mit kleinen Kindern bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. In die andere Richtung erreicht man in etwa fünf Minuten einen Strand mit Liegen, Toiletten und einer Bar. Der öffentliche Fußball- und Basketballplatz war für unsere Kinder ein weiteres Highlight. Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher in Kroatien hatten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. English Excellent accommodation for a family with two children. The apartment is very clean, modern, and has air conditioning. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We mainly used the kitchen for breakfast. It is very well equipped, and we did not miss anything. The best feature is the amazing location right by the sea. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening. The center of Rovinj is within easy walking distance, even with small children. In the other direction, there is a beach with sun loungers, toilets, and a bar only about five minutes away. The public football and basketball court was another highlight for our children. This was by far the best place we have stayed in during our trips to Croatia. The communication with the host was always friendly, quick, and easy.

The host, Alen, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He stayed in touch and made sure that we had no difficulties at all. The apartment is nice and is just a 12–13 minute walk from the Old Town. It also has a free parking right in front (which was fantastic during the peak holiday season). The view from the window is amazing, you can watch the sun set over the sea. There’s also a nice restaurant downstairs. I would definitely like to visit again...

Everything was fine for us

This place is the best in the region! The apartment is located right on the seafront, every morning my husband and I would walk out for a coffee while the kids were still sleeping. Just 5 minutes in the other direction is a great beach where we rented sunbeds and SUP boards. The apartment itself is spacious and feels just like home everything you might need is already there. And the host is amazing: always in touch and ready to help, though we didn’t need anything the apartment was truly fully equipped!

There’s truly nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations!
