Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, einfache Schlüsselübergabe.
Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir konnten das Gepäck schon mittags in das Appartment stellen. Der Parkplatz vorm Gebäude ist nicht garantiert, aber in der Straße kann man kostenlos parken, sollte man einen Parkplatz finden. Es gibt zwei Bäder. Das Zentrum mit den Restaurants ist nur 10min fußläufig entfernt und man geht wunderschön am See entlang. Top Lage.
Das Zimmer war sehr staubig und es lag viel Schmutz am Boden. Auch war die Toilettenschüssel in einem der Bäder sehr stark verschmutzt.

La posizione vicina al lago è comoda. Disponibilità di frigo cucina, doppio bagno. Veloce intervento del proprietario per effettuare una pulizia urgente.
La pulizia è la manutenzione dell’appartamento erano in stato pietoso e abbiamo dovuto chiamare per far pulire ragni in ogni stanza , polvere in terra, tarme morte nei cassetti. Abbiamo chiesto anche cambio e igienizzazione del letto( dove Comunque abbiamo passato l’amichina spray). Cuscini macchiati e riposti a caso in un armadio, tutti troppo morbido e vecchi. Letto composto da due singoli uniti con le fascette e materasso matrimoniale. Muri macchiati da tempo, muffe in bagno e sotto i condizionatori, luci fulminate, vista sulle palme dell’hotel a fianco che fa musica alta fino oltre le 23. Porta di ingresso messa rotta, porte interne cigolanti e rovinate. Nessun posto riservato, condizioni dell’edificio esterno e aree comuni pessime. Uno dei due bagni aveva la polvere dei secoli nei filtri dell’aspiratore d’aria. Forse il nome Suite della struttura è utilizzato a sproposito, per una stanza del genere il prezzo richiesto forse viene calcolato solo per la posizione.
