BIG BEN'S SHADE

Absolutely perfect for location...managed to walk everywhere for most landmarks without the need to catch the underground. Apartment had everything that you needed including ham/juice/ bread/ milk/ butter/ jam/ and fruit.(Towels are provided)

Previously asked if towels were provided but received no response. This could of saved us room in our luggage.

Location fab. Breakfast a delight. Facilities great.

Needed a sofa in the big main room due this room being a living room space when the apartment is booked out for a stay. The taps are a tad Leakey, and definitely need plugs for the sinks.

Excellent location and easy to find. Good instructions an prompt response from owner.

Some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. - not too bad but noticeable.

The Location was the highlight of the apartment.

The breakfast information in the booking is misleading, I understood the breakfast was included, it is not clear that some bread/ham/ cheese/milk would be left in the apartment. One of the main reasons I have booked this apartment was because it had breakfast. Also, contact was very difficult, all the time I tried to call the number in the booking was in the voice mail. Only response was on the messages in booking, but after couple hours. But the worse for me was the cleanness, I had to hoover the apartment as it was with a lot of dust, specially under and behind the beds, where I also had to clean. I even had to empty the hoover bin as it was completely full.
