Waterfront on Delaware Bay NJ

Our family loved this property! It is in a quiet, beautiful location right by the water. We traveled with our daughter and older parents and it was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed day trips to Cape May and Wildwood as well. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was the perfect location and set up for my group of two adults and three teenage boys who love to fish. Relaxing, secluded location away from the crowds (plan ahead for groceries/food as the nearest big grocery store is about a 15-20 min drive). We enjoyed using the pier, grill, and fire pit to make a great 4th of July weekend!

We had a great time at your home, thank you so much. If you want a quiet place to just relax, watch the water,and do some fishing this is the place to do it. Not really for swimming but beaches are not to far. There was 5 adults and 1 big dog. We all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peace. Fishing was good but not the right time of year for awesome. We caught 20 sharks, 2 baby flounder, stingray, and some croaker. There is 3 big crab traps on the pier, caught babies but crabs weren’t running . The deck and pier are absolutely amazing. The owner was very nice and fast to help with any issues. If you are bringing your dog please known that there are some dogs that roam freely in the area. We just took extra care of our dog because he is not other dog friendly. But it worked out fine. Bring your binoculars!! There a a boat ramp down the road about 5 miles called Anchors marina you can launch from for like 15 dollars. Can launch kayaks at house. Also, if the wind is blowing right and it’s high tide, you get an amazing splash of waves over the deck, awesome to watch !

- The owner's house is right next door. Not that we were doing anything bad, but it felt like we were being watched. He came by twice during our 3-day stay.- the owner let us know you could go crabbing in the back. We did not do it, but would have been very cool- We really enjoyed the fire pit- Make sure to bring essentials because it will not be available at the property. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, lighter for firepit, etc. - This property is not great if you have dogs. The 1st floor, which is where dogs are allowed, is extremely slippery. Our dog, who unfortunately has already been having knee issues, felt significantly worse following the stay.
