O condomínio é muito limpo e organizado, a Síndica Maria é uma pessoa muito honesta e organizada, deixando o ambiente muito tranquilo e arrumado.

O bairro em si não é muito bonito, mas fácil a acesso a praia da Coroa Vermelha e a Feirinha maravilhosa de artesanato.
