Die gute Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr sauber und gute Betten.
Der Fernseher war für die Größe des Wohnzimmers etwas klein.

Die Lage ist das große Plus der Wohnung. Nur ein paar Schritte aus der Tür und man ist auf der Promenade und am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bei schönem Wetter ist auch der kleine Balkon ein Plus. Der Wohnzimmerbereich ist nett ausgetattet. Die Räume sind hell, nachmittags volle Sonne. Die Küche ist klein, hat jedoch fast alles, was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Im Haus befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung könnte in Teilen renoviert werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr eng. Die Schränke sind mit Vorsicht zu behandeln, da sie wackelig sind. Der Fernseher entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Ansprüchen, zumal die Fernbedienung nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Ton lässt sich nicht einstellen. Das Radio scheint nur zum Füllen des Regals gedacht zu sein, da wir es nicht geschafft haben, einen Radiosender einzustellen. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, auch die steile Abfahrt dorthin. Mit unserem mittelgroßen SUV war einiges Rangieren notwendig, um dort ein- und auszuparken. Für Kleinwagen besonders geeignet.
