Extremely relaxing

The property itself is situated along the water with access to the beach (rocks). We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so could go for walks in and around the gardens. The cabin was so effortlessly beautiful, cosy and had lots of character. So many books, board games, space to cook and relax, made this the most perfect spot. Only a short drive from town!

We enjoyed such a relaxing and peaceful stay taking in the stunning views! The hosts Nicky & Fran were so kind, friendly and attentive leaving us special treats to enjoy. Would highly recommend and would love to return .

Nicky & Fran are delightful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable, private and enjoyable stay at Mumfords. The cabin itself is something I couldn’t even dream up. Gorgeous ethereal views over the cove, enjoyed from multiple private viewing points we explored during our stay. We enjoyed our time immensely, a stay made even more exceptional by all the thoughtful delights and recommendations added by our lovely hosts. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending Mumfords to all travelling to NZ.
