Very cosy studio apartment in the middle of old city, it has useful kitchen and balcony as well Recommended definitely!

Toilet makes a lot of noise when flushing so that you wake up in the night Mattress was uncomfortable There was medication laying around in the kitchen When we arrived there was a laundry racket in the kitchen with laundry drying (probably the towels and linens from previous guests) Dishes in the kitchen were rather dirty Door is difficult to lock Apartment overall is quite dark and there is no option to sit on the balcony Host first just wanted to accept cash payment (even on booking.com it's stated that the place accepts credit card. After some negotiations he asked for 3% more if we pay by card. In the end he agreed to the original price providing we did a payment through an online link which worked.

Хорошие апартаменты в старом городе. Персонал 10 из 10. В апартаментах есть всё нужное. Удобное заселение и выезд. Горячая вода почти кипяток и напор хороший.

Мы приехали когда выпал снег в Баку и было в помещении реально очень холодно, кондиционер на обогрев не справлялся, но нам принесли на след день обогреватель и всё стало замечательно. В ванной комнате зимой очень холодный пол.

There were some issues with Wi-Fi when I came, however it was solved just in a few hours, so no problems at all. The only thing is that sometimes (quite rare) the connection was still not good enough for big conference calls, but that wasn't a big problem actually
