Nightmare Experience

!!! The loft apartment is advertised on booking.com as having 3 bedrooms, but in reality there is only 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The ceiling height/slope in all rooms is so low that the area is not 70 m², but Booking.com and Agoda.com advertise it as 70 m². The loft is not suitable for 4-7 guests, but is advertised as such !!! !!! Another family was sold the deluxe apartment with 4 rooms and 1 living room for 13 guests as a 6-bedroom apartment. The family had to call the police on the first day and look for another place to stay !!! - We were forced to cut our stay short by four nights due to false allegations made by the landlord (Christa Kornreiter). We have not yet been reimbursed for the cost of the four days. - The advertisement on Booking.com offers 3 bedrooms, but in reality there is only 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a double mattress bed in a corner that is not separated by a wall. - Laundry is cleaned between parked cars and cats and chickens running around. - Old, leaky windows; it rains into all rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom). - The toilet seat is broken. - The coffee machine by the pool is dirty and unusable. - Access to the pool is rusty and unsafe for children. - The pool drain is very dirty and mouldy. - The accommodation is located in an industrial area and is not adequately secured by fences; children could injure themselves on scrap metal lying around.

Casetta sporca e dentro la casetta puzzava di sigaretta una cosa vergognosa dormire lì con una bambina piccola. Dentro la casetta invece dei miei genitori quando stavano per andare a letto hanno girato le coperte e dentro le lenzuola c'erano peli intimi e capelli....una cosa disgustosa. Per non parlare della polvere per terra sembrava che non pulissero da mesi..... Quando abbiamo riferito allo staff i problemi hanno detto che non è colpa sua abbiamo chiesto di parlare con i proprietari e hanno detto che tanto non c'erano. Manderemo l'ASL per fare le giuste verifiche.

Von außen echt komisch; wenn man erstmal drin ist sehr nett

Pool und Garten waren sehr einladend und man hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Das Heiswasser hat zwischenzeitlich nicht funktioniert. Von außen bekommt man zu Anfang einen Schreck aber gebt dem Hotel eine Chance! Die Gartenanlage innen ist ganz anders als der erste Eindruck von außen.

La struttura era in mezzo ad un’area industriale, comunque organizzata come un’oasi, ma con un odore nauseabondo di concime compost. Siamo arrivati prima delle tre orario indicato per il check in ma pioveva e non siamo potuti neppure restare sotto la veranda ad aspettare e passare il temporale perché ci hanno chiesto 5€ a testa ( eravamo in 6) di supplemento perché stavamo usufruendo della veranda e del biliardino …scandaloso. Siamo dovuti andare via a cercare un bar per passare il tempo. Troppo caro per quello che si offre, un solo bagno per 6 persone e un appartamento normale Nulla di eccezionale. Non lo consiglio
