環境非常整潔舒服，整體佈局舒適，民宿設計有許多小巧思，提供許多小零食和甜點。步行幾分鐘就可到達早餐店。包棟的體驗十分有趣。非常強烈推薦大家來這間台南住宿

Central location, very clean and quiet. Good shower, snacks, drinks and ice cream were a bonus after a long day. Excellent communication from Jeff and lots of helpful tips

住宿地點很方便，旁邊就是美食街，住宿地點旁邊就是停車場，停車費用老闆會幫忙折扣，很佛心。住宿期間遇到任何問題，老闆都會立即處理，很快速。雖然住宿的空間不大，但是熱情的老闆很棒!! 冰箱的飲料和冰，都可以自取，房間也有小零食，老闆很用心。
下次還會再來住，沒有什麼不喜歡的地方。台南人很熱情，第一次體會到，不論是遇到的民眾，或是7-11店員，都會很開心的跟你介紹台南，很喜歡。唯一要注意的地方，就是海安停車場，最好是下午4-5點就去停，假日很容易爆滿，在地下停車場，連假一位難求，都繞了30分鐘才有位子。
