Aruma Villa Boutique Isla Mujeres with beach club access included

Absolutely gorgeous! Great service. Central position. Extra comfortable bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Love the pool, but cushions by the pool needs replacing or a really good clean. Also, 10 people would fill this pool like 3 people would fill a bath… I’m just saying, with 5 bedrooms and number of people, it would be too small for everyone. Love that great big kitchen diner space, the charm is 1000%, but I can see if one needed to cook for over 10 people, that would be tough. Especially with no air conditioning in kitchen dinner, no dishwasher, limited space and cookware. But honestly, so many restaurants around, who needs to cook? Also, bedrooms are air conditioned and super comfortable (and gorgeous) but no common area where you can sit outside of the heat. Not a bother for us, but might be for others.

Alles Tiptop!

The location is perfect for whatever you want to do. The pool was refreshing after a hot day of exploring. The rooms all have private bathrooms.

There are a lot of stairs, so it would not be good for anyone with bad knees.

We did not stay at our original reservation. They said there was an issue and moved us to a house on the other end of the Island. I specifically picked the North end and did not want to stay on the south end. The house was beautiful and had amazing views, but it was not complete. The pool was not even full, the water had a lot of issues.

Location, no hot or even warm water, no water the first day we arrived. The service was not good. They did not refill our towels, water container , toilet paper , coffee. I would text them and get no response. We have to spend extra money to get from one end of the Island to the other.
