The hotel is in a very good location, I was able to park my car for free just across the road. It's a pleasant and easy 15 minute walk to the centre of town and an excellent supermarket nearby which was very helpful, along with a few good places to eat.
The price was nice and cheap and included a good breakfast served by a nice friendly lady. All the staff there were really nice to deal with. The room was cosy and clean, with an en suite bathroom a good shower with hot water anytime.

It is located in a vibrant part of the city with modern cafes and bars around. The historical part of the city is only 15 minutes cab ride away. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious, and the room has all the amenities one may need, even toothpaste and toothbrush.
I think it's worth mentioning for future bookers that the room I was staying (the one with a single bed) has no windows. Also, it's right next to the reception, so for light sleepers it may be a challenge to have an uninterrupted sleep during the night.
