El apartamento es bastante nuevo las instalaciones son muy nuevas, el spa es una pasada, las piscinas muy bien cuidadas, zona de juegos para niños con billar y ping pong, pista de fútbol y parque, el pàrquing privado también muy amplio. Muy buena ubicación al lado de la playa de las catedrales y Ribadeo.
Falta aire acondicionado si vas en verano y se echa de menos que no tenga balcón sobre todo para tender la ropa, tampoco tiene wi-fi. Por decir algo a mejorar el suelo del salón se mueve y cruje al caminar.

Apartamento muy cómodo en urbanización tranquila, con zonas comunes estupendas: piscinas grandes y limpias, el spa muy agradable y el entorno precioso. En general, nos ha gustado mucho.
Le faltan algunos básicos para obtener el sobresaliente tales como paños de cocina, alfombrilla de ducha, toallero o secador de pelo. Pequeños detalles fáciles de ajustar que harían que el lugar fuera perfecto.
