The condo was clean and ready when we got there. The only thing was the tub in the guest bathroom took about 20 to drain but other than it great.

We love staying at GRAND point the view of the Pass is just gorgeous watching the sunrise is amazing. We sat out on the balcony had coffee and watched dolphins play and boats come and go.The condo was very nice. The host is right on top of things on the coffee maker tore up. We had a new one within hours. We also love the grill area. We cooked out several nights and enjoyed the evening under the trellis.

We love Grand Point but this condo-702, was far below quality of other condos we have stayed in at Grand Point The Mattresses very uncomfortable in both bedrooms. Left week with back aches and not very rested. Pillows very nice. Master headboard not attached, afraid it was going to fall on me in night.
No clothes dresser in master, also no luggage slings to compensate. Lived out of suit case on floor. Living Furniture worn out fabric felt dirty and looked it too. Couch cushions seemed worn out so that they didn’t cushion legs from frame of couch. Kitchen appliances out dated. Ice maker didn’t work until day 2 and was very loud. Washer and dryer showing wear but worked.
Patio furniture nice kitchen tools all worked and neatly arranged.
I feel the price was too high for the quality of the unit. The quality was much lower than our own home. ,
We love Grand Point.
It would be nice if they updated their gym equipment. The recumbent bike never seems to be working.
