La posizione è veramente comodissima, 10 minuti dal centro 3 minuti da panificio e market.
Per quello che la paghi va bene. Se hai la macchina puoi parcheggiare lungo la strada.
Praticamente non abbiamo dormito tranne le ultime due sere (perche i vicini se ne sono andati). Le stanze sono attaccatissime, i balconi comunicano. I vicini affianco non hanno fatto altro che guardare video sul telefono a volume altissimo tutte le notti, a fare casino e ruttare come fossero a casa loro. Abbiamo anche chiesto di fare meno casino ma non siamo stati ascoltati. Non abbiamo mai trovato nessuno della struttura a cui dirlo, (visti solo al checkin). Alle 7.45 eravamo svegli perché davanti c’e un cantiere dove lavorano sempre tranne la domenica.

- Great location, close to the town centre, beach and supermarket
- Clean, good kitchen facilities
- My room on the second floor had a great view towards the Myrina Castle and a large balcony
- easy to contact and responsible host
- Major: soundproofing is not adequate. I had very quiet neighbours and still could hear them walking, couphing, closing their drawers and talking (mind, in half-voice). There is a serious need for sound proofing panels between the rooms and also sound-proof doors, as I could hear everything in the corridor and even, partially, from the room across.
- Minor: the wifi range is marginally ok for the room (1-2 out of 5) but only just reaches the balcony. so one needs another wi-fi extender middle of the corridor. But the connection itself is stable.

posizione vicino al centro e ai servizi.
Poca vista e privacy,separazione dall'altro alloggio con separè approssimativo,presenza di un cantiere di fronte con distanza di costruzione che in Italia non sarebbe consentito,e iniziavano a lavorare alle 7 del mattino anche di domenica.Mobili decisamente consunti che emanavano odore di muffa e rubinetti del bagno molto ossidati.
