Ayder Koru Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Koru Hotel in Ayder. The location is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. A special thank you to Mr. Hussein, the hotel manager, who gave us a truly warm and exceptional welcome. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. I would also like to thank his housekeeping team. They were professional, honest, respectful, and took great care in keeping everything clean and well organized. The location of the hotel is another major advantage. It is very close to the beautiful Ayder highlands, just a short walk away, which made it very easy for us to enjoy the wonderful nature and atmosphere. Honestly, everything about our stay was exceptional. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and service were all excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

أقمنا في الفندق لمدة 3 ليالٍ وكانت تجربة جيدة من جميع النواحي. أكثر ما ميّز إقامتنا كان حسن التعامل، وأخص بالشكر الأخ محمد، الشاب السوري، كان من أكفأ وألطف الأشخاص الذين تعرفنا عليهم خلال رحلتنا كاملة. كان متعاونًا للغاية، متواجدًا دائمًا، ولم يتردد في مساعدتنا في أي شيء نحتاجه. كما اقترح علينا أماكن طبيعية ساحرة نزورها، وكانت من أجمل المحطات في رحلتنا. موقع الفندق رائع جدًا، فهو يقع على مرتفعات آيدر بإطلالات جميلة، ويحيط به عدد من المطاعم والمحلات، كما أنه يبعد بضع دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام عن شلال العروس. من ناحية القيمة مقابل السعر، أرى أن الفندق يقدم قيمة جيدة مقابل ما تدفعه. تتوفر مواقف سيارات آمنة ومريحة. الفطور جيد بما يكفي ليمنحك بداية موفقة ليومك. كما يضم الفندق كافيه بإطلالة جميلة، ويظل مفتوحًا حتى نهاية اليوم.

Here's the thing, I always thought that the hotel (or a motel) was a transactional experience; you paid for the room and you got the room, ideally, clean with some basic services like a hot shower, WiFi, maybe heating or air conditioning, television etc. But what I didn't know was that what made all the difference was the staff. It makes all the difference and it is priceless! And this is what Ayder Koru hotel excels at - they excel at delivering premium hospitality that I think no hotel can match. From the owner to the two Syrian Mohammads who manage the hotel, this was by far the most brilliant experience I've had in Turkey. They constantly anticipated and looked for ways to try to make my stay a convenient one. Start from the beginning: so we arrive and when they saw our luggage, they expected the room that we booked to be too small for our needs so they upgraded us for free! And they informed us about being available at any time for any request, which they were happy to oblige. They gave us amazing tips on how to travel and navigate the mountainous forest of Ayder, and in fact, one of the Mohammad's even volunteered to help take us on a tour. It was so much fun chatting with them and you could feel that they truly wanted to be of service, a feeling that comes from the heart. The owner, a gentle Turkish man, although unable to speak English made sure that he made his feel right at home at his hotel. My friend also visited us there, and even he got an upgrade with a phenomenal view. Trust me, you will be very lucky if you get the chance to stay there.
