Brilliant apartment - everything you could want and great value for money

Beautiful and wonderful view. The apartment is on the ground floor. The kindness of the owner of the apartment Peter and his wife. The kindness of two cats, Bella and Stella. The presence of horses near the apartment. Having 3 bathrooms. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. Services are available near the apartment, such as Spar and Bella stores, and there is a Turflike station.

Narrow master room. There is a bathroom door that does not close with the key. Not enough mirrors. Going down and going up 2 stairs to reach the apartment. Lack of shampoo and body wash and hand wash. The presence of small crawling insects and spiders, especially spiders, which are not harmful but may cause tension and fear for women and children.

Exceptional

We stayed to spend our skie holiday. We took the car to go to the skie lift (3 km from either Brixen or approx. 4 km from Kirchberg, so very central location), but if you don't have any, there is a skie bus on 500m walk. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. The furniture is not Ikea but nice traditional style, which we like very much. The host Peter is so nice, friendly , helpful, funny,...If you read this Peter, again we would like to thank you so much for the stay. It was just perfect!

Just 3 minutes drive to ski lift. Big well equipped apartment. Good for family with 2-3 kids.

Very clean big apartment with 2 bathroom’s, huge balcony and big master bedroom exceeded expectations. Kitchen well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, big fridge, microwave etc. Nice host met us when we arrived. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Ski lift within 3 minutes drive. We’ll definitely stay here again next year.

Calm getaway with great location

Goede locatie, op 6 minuten lopen vanaf het treinstation. Skibushalte nog dichterbij. Ook billa supermarkt op loopafstand. Doodlopende straat, dus rustige locatie met uitzicht op de bergen. Skiruimte beschikbaar. Gastvrouw was aardig. Broodjesservice was ook ideaal.

Prima verblijf met wat kleine aandachtspunten

Mooi appartement op de 1e etage. Aparte ruime slaapkamer met badkamer/toilet en voor de kinderen 2 bedden achter een gordijntje in de woonkamer. Nadeel hiervan was dat ze dus al gauw te warm slapen. Tv in de slaapkamer zorgde ervoor dat we toch ergens nog konden zitten, in de woonkamer gauw te rumoerig als de kinderen sliepen. Prima keuken met alle toebehoren en de 2 badkamers/toiletten zijn erg handig. Wel rumoerig door de gehorige muren. We konden onze jeugdige buren precies volgen met luide gesprekken en thuis komen midden in de nacht. Fijn waren de broodjes in de ochtend, bushalte op een paar minuten, verwarmd skihok, ruim balkon en dat alles qua afval goed gescheiden werd!

Fijn verblijf, komen graag terug!

Het appartement is schoon met een ruime slaapkamer en nieuwe bedden. Er zijn twee badkamers incl. toilet waarvan 1 badkamer recent gemoderniseerd is in 2023. Dit appartement heeft een vaatwasser en de keuken is goed gevuld met pannen, borden glazen en ander keukengerei. Het zonnige terras is ruim en ook heerlijk in de winter om beschut te zitten. Twee soorten broodjes was vooraf te bestellen en hing al vroeg aan de deur, super service.

De twee losse bedden in de woonkamer is goed te doen voor kinderen, het enige nadeel is dat het te warm was om te slapen. Door personeelstekort zijn er weinig restaurants open in Brixen im Thale en er is geen leuk klein centrum.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zum Bahnhof, Bäcker, Skibus, Einkaufsmarkt, Restaurants und sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir können sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen auch gern wieder :-)

Freundlich, gemütlich, gute Lage

Sehr gemütlich, alles da was man braucht, die Lage ist sehr gut, dank des Skibusses bleiben einem 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Lift erspart (ist aber auch machbar). Und es gibt einen Brötchendienst :)
