The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.
A special mention goes to Fey, who was absolutely wonderful to us! He was so kind and friendly, and he made our trips to the beach club much more fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Fey, for making our experience extra special!
The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely the convenience of having access to the beach club. It makes the stay much more enjoyable and is a great highlight of the overall experience.
Overall, we had a good stay, and the warm, attentive staff made a real difference!
We did experience an issue with the air conditioning during the first two days of our stay, which could perhaps have been avoided with better preventive maintenance.

The staff was helpful
The place was cratering more to Italian travelers. The hosted a party which we expected to have a Tanzanian or African vibe, unfortunately it was all Italian. I was really put off by this aspect.
