Rosebud Beach Unit 200 mt to Beach Late checkout

We loved our stay at 'Rosebud Beach Unit'! It's super clean, had all the things we needed and the kids particularly loved playing connect four, even our 3 year old. The paddle board and bodyboard was such a treat as well for the kiddos. Communication with Ian, our host was great and we had all the information needed for a comfortable stay. The late check out was definitely a bonus and appreciated as it allowed us to spend a bit more time at the beach prior to heading back to Melbourne. Would love to stay again!

Very minor, though would suggest to add another two pillows at master bedroom to make for a comfortable sitting position while reading in bed. Other than that, everything was great and super comfortable stay.

It was like walking into a fully equip home. Board games, beach equipment, lots of storage space and a full kitchen from baking to cling film! Everything you could possibly need. We picked some herbs from the garden to add to our breakfast. It made life a lot easier travelling with a toddler and elderly mum. The play ground down the back of the unit complex was an absolute bonus! Easy to walk the kiddies down have a BBQ and site relaxing with a glass of wine while they play in the 2 story cubby house, swings, slide, boat or draw on the black board. Nicely shaded under some very large well established trees. Directly across from the beach and a short walk to the foreshore play ground with Ice cream shops and restaurants! Great communication from our hosts with a bonus late check out! A stones throw away from coles the chemist and kmart! Lots of room for family/friends to come over for dinner and get togethers.

It was clean, comfortable, across the road from the beach and we were allowed to use the boogie boards, etc

It was clean, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. All amenities were perfect it was a wonderful place to stay.

Being watched by the neighbours, notes left on the car, being spoken to with an arrogant voice from one neighbour, the constant txting from the people who run the unit and asking for the money to be transferred to pay another account!! The unit needs a little bit of up dating
