Low Cost Alternative to rents paid in Ithaca. This is a “Handicap Accessible”efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, internet TV, and WiFi.
Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.
Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.
Some nearby places to enjoy:
-Cayuga Lake (15 minutes away)
-Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail
-Hiking at one of the State Parks within a 1/2 hour of the house (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, (Taughannock Falls 45 minutes, and Watkins Glen 1 hour).
-The Greek Peek resort (10 minutes away for Winter Skiing, summer has a zip line, mountain biking, mountain coaster etc. plus an indoor water park.

Very clean. Perfect studio with all the kitchen amenities plus a sitting area with TV. Easy access —no stairs. Great location.

The space was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

It is in the basement of their home. We could hear them stomping around every morning at 6 AM and one morning was at 3 AM didn’t get to sleep in. It seem to be a nice safe neighborhood. Parking is a little tight one side of the driveway.
