Absolutly superhost! The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean, renewed with a today's design. It was really nice to be there.
There was a door between two apartments. From the neighbourh comes really annoying louds. The gps coordinate was false. The place isn't at the mainroad. (Line 3. Apartman)

The apartment is run by a family. They are extremely kind and helpful. The apartment looks like exactly as on the pictures. The apartment is in 3-mins-walk-away from a diving center. If we went back to Stara Novalja once we'd choose Patrik Apartment again.

The view from the terasse was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The living room also clean and big, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Regarding the location, it was peaceful at night, perfect for relax. The owner response time was very quick and She was very helpful.
Was not easy to find the apartment. The road to the house was very thin and steep, which you had to use to walk to the beach also. It wasn't problem for us, but with small children or for old persons could be a bit difficult. Even that, highly recommended.
