Il Mulino

Comfortable, clean and well stocked. Has everything you need to enjoy your time in Ceglie. Well located, putting you an easy walk to the Centro Storico and as well as close to relatively easy parking (Via Firenze). Our host was always in touch with us ready to help. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Niente!

Michele (owner) was amazing throughout our stay (6 nights)! Always available and helpful. Made recommendations and reservations for us at prime restaurants and other places to go see. Extremely helpful. Always. The home itself was GREAT. Very spacious-2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, along with an adequate kitchen, dining area and living room. 17 steps to go up from ground level to get to living area, but no problem if you’re reasonably able bodied. Another steep stairway to get to rooftop terrace (which was absolutely lovely as well!), so again, no problem if you’re able-bodied. No handrail to terrace, so you shouldn’t have too much wine while enjoying the view. LOL. Ceglie Messapica made a fantastic base camp for day trips to the entire Puglia region and this home and its host became like home and family to us. Michele’s mother is a retired doctor and when my wife needed some advice on an arthritis cream, she walked her across the street to the farmacia and assisted her in purchasing the right product. We met both Michele’s parents and they were as lovely as he was…the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as they say. All in all, such a fantastic stay and one that will remain among our most cherished memories of this incredible trip.

Worn out corkscrew….LOL. Need a new one.

Very stylish and comfortable, well equipped apartment. Rooftop terrace is perfect for breakfast or relaxing evening. 2 bathrooms is a huge advantage as well. Michele is very caring and friendly hosts. We really would like to come back here once again:)
