This inviting three-bedroom home is perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. Comfortably sleeping up to six guests, the property includes one queen bedroom with direct en-suite style access to a spacious, tiled two-way bathroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. All bed linens and bath towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
The well-equipped laundry area features a washing machine, dryer, second shower, and an additional WC, offering extra comfort and practicality for guests. Families traveling with young children will appreciate the availability of a portable cot and highchair.
Outdoors, you'll find fenced and gated rear grounds ideal for relaxation, with secure off-street parking available for your car or boat.
For entertainment and storage convenience, the garage includes a pool table along with ample space to safely store fishing gear, kayaks, bicycles, and surfboards. Guests will have access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, garden, and patio or balcony. The property is a single-level home with air conditioning, heating, and room-darkening shades for comfort. You'll also have access to amenities like a BBQ grill, washer and dryer, and free parking on the premises and street.

With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This is sure to become a favourite spot for couples and families alike. There is a childrens play park accessible from the rear of the property, with access to the beach & cycle/walkway directly opposite.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms
After booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message with a link to our Guest Registration and Terms Acceptance form. The form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance. It requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and valid photo identification. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

Pets - Pets are not permitted at Jolly Sands @ Tuross Head
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Jolly Sands Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Jolly Sands. The property is non smoking internally.

Great location, short walk to the beach and shops, did very little driving. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was on the ball.

Family friendly that accommodated our two kids under 3 perfectly. Pleasantly surprised to find high chair and portacot too. Great location literally next to the local shops, and across the road from the beach. Back yard opens to the public playground. Property managers were prompt and helpful with all comms.

Wonderful spot for my surf fishing husband and reading obsessed me to chill and unwind. Quiet and relaxing just the way we wanted to recharge and enjoy Easter.
