Місто знаходиться не на рівнині. Всі вулиці мають круті підйоми. Це мешкання дуже зручне в плані підйому та спуску. Є своя мангальна зона. В туалеті підлога з підігрівом. Є дитячий куточок з конструктором та розмальовками. Гарне освітлення з нічними світильниками. Чисто. Є праска, пилосос. Є, навіть, сабвуфер. Приємна кухня, в якій є все ,абсолютно все необхідне. Великий і приємний бонус- кавова машина. Будиночок, ніби, старий, але неприємного запаху нема.
На веранді не завадило б якихось лампочок, вогників.
