To be honest then this 3 night and days in this accomodation was perfect. Lunapark nearby... Gruess Lukas 2times

The hosts were very helpful ans friendly

The host did not speak english at all. I knew few German words and they helped me to understand enough.

Everything was just perfect, the hosts were very nice, even if they weren't speaking English, they did their best to be as helpful as possible. Standard of the property was high and met our expectations, everything looked exactly as at the booking offer's pictures, no dissapointments whatsoever. The apartment area was very nice, close to shops, bus station, playground, bakery. Walking distance to the beach, around 10-15 minuets with 4 years-old kid. The apartment was fully equipped with all electronic and electric devices, including washing machine, airconditioner, freezer, fridge, TV. The beautiful and big balcony allows to spend nice evenings with amazing view at the sea. I highly recommend Villa Spalato Lavanda - you will have there everything what you need.

There was nothing to complain about.

We liked the view from the terrace, the modern look of the appartment, which was clean. We had a problem with the showerhead, but the attendant repaired it within 5 minutes with a replacement shower hose. He was very helpful and thiughtful about the safety of my bike, which he helped me to store safely. It was a quite place, not much noise although there were a lot of people in the building. We liked the beach nearby - the nice one is called Stobreč Jug. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants there too.

The main door to the appartment was made of glass, so basically anyone could see our room from the corridor (we hung a towel on the door to orevent this) There is not a window on the bedroom, you ventilate through a little window leading to the hallway, it’s not a big deal.
