Book for the balcony, and floor-to-ceiling windows with total beach view. Big room, good A/C, cold fridge, fine bathroom. Owner is very nice, generous, and surprised with fresh fruit on multiple occasions. 7/11 is steps away, beach is even closer. Owner has a foot rinse hose at the entrance.
No fault of the property, but your balcony by default is very adjacent to the neighbors. Just means you have a chance to make friends and manage the curtains accordingly.

The ocean view was just so perfect from the balcony and inside the room! Bed were so comfy, cleanliness is superb, location is nearby bus stops, 7/11. Ocean was just few steps away, and the host were so kind and approachable. And the photos were exactly match advertise on the website! Worth the price 🖤
