Restaurantul si terasa de nota 10. Mâncare foarte gustoasa, serviciu rapid si preturi corecte! Plaja este foarte aproape si foarte bună! Hotelul este curat!

Mobilier învechit, paturile scârțâie îngrozitor si dusul nu este nicicum despărțit de restul băii (când faci baie este apa peste tot)

Am avut 2 camere, o suită mocheta pe jos, balcon generos, saltele confortabile. O camera triplă cu balcon. Fațada și parterul hotelului arătau foarte bine. Foarte aproape de plajă.

La baie in camera 1 (suită) mirosul urât, mucegaiul de peste tot, apa care se scurgea în toată baia, datorita cădiței de dus care lipsea. Avea doar o perdea de dus, fără un prag care sa rețină apa. La baie în camera 2 (camera triplă), miros urât, la fel mucegai omniprezent, dușul era în mijlocul camerei de baie, dar fără perdea de dus. Aici era cu adevarat dezastru. Wc foarte murdar și prost întreținut. Personalul care ne-a întâmpinat extrem de indiferent, chiar ușor ostil. S-a întârziat cu cazarea deși ora checkinului este 14. Nu s-a făcut curat, prosoape curate am primit a treia zi. Nici când am venit, nu era foarte curat. Se vedea nisipul în mocheta ici colo.

Given the low price of the room we booked it was alright. Did not have high expectancies.

I loved the placement of the hotel. Some nice restaurants and the beach were very close to it. The staff was kind, good communication and a various menu of the Jambo restaurant.

I couldn’t stand the noises that were coming from behind the wall the bed was placed near. I heard them every night until late hours. Also, we booked for 5 days and not even once were we asked if we need cleaning, new towels, shower gel or toilet paper, even though I’ve seen some other rooms were cleaned. I get that we booked for a low price but still, I think cleaning the room at least once in 5 days should be considered the minimum.

Locație liniștită,pitorească,cu mult peste asteptari.Este aproape de plaja Kabakum,foarte curat,personal amabil.Vrem să revenim cu certitudine.

Not as good as we hoped having stayed at other 3 star hotels

Room was a good size Air Conditioner was effective The TV had a lot of channels Wi-Fi was excellent Good sized shower Hot water in shower Hotel located close to bus stop and beach

The quality of the towels provided was very poor and of different colours and logos During our 4 night stay in very hot weather the bedding and towels were not changed at all and the beds were not made up. The grouting in the shower had mould At times the drains smelled in the bathroom The fridge in the bedroom sounded like Darth Vader during the night The 15 Levs breakfast carried a 2 Lev surcharge on top of this for tea or coffee There is no lift on the premises (4 levels hotel) The advertised sea view is hardly visible now because of new buildings in the vicinity.

Things can be cheap and still outperform the expensive stuff, like this stay

It was a really nice staying. The staff was really polite and helped us whenever we needed (they gave us the menus to our room in order to decide what we want to eat and to go to the table when to food was ready + one of the power socket was broken, I told them about it amd they sent a repairman right away to fix it and then it worked). Really close to the beach, like 200m (although, they didn't calculate the altitude as well🤣 but it wasn't really a issue, just exhausting to walk from the beach to the hotel). The food was really tasty, well cooked and at a really good price for what it was offering (a personal preference, I ordered some fries and white cheese as a side and they grated the cheese on the fries; I was mesmerized by it🫶🏻)

The bathroom was the whole shower cabin, if that makes sense (I mean I could use the toilet and to take a shower at the same time). Not really a issue, as we could take a shower really well, just an observation + the shower head wasn't adjustable (if I want to be a jet like or a rainy like)

Doskonały hotel na krótki wypoczynek. Personel i właściciele pomocni. Śniadania w hotelowej restauracji znakomite. Do morza parę minut spacerkiem, morze ciepłe i plaża nawet w szczycie sezonu nie przepełniona. Nieopodal hotelu na terenie hotelu JURNALIST, który lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą znajdują się piękne alejki do spacerów oraz ciekawa roślinność, która kiedyś miała swojego ogrodnika. Niestety teraz cały ten teren posiadający niesamowity potencjał umiera przydał by się dobry gospodarz.

Łazienka pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Uciążliwy brak kabiny czy chociaż zasłonki utrudniał korzystanie z toalety.

Местоположението ме устрийваше идеално. За закуската нямам впечатленое, тъй като не съм ползвала. Отношението на домакините беше изключително позитивно и любезно. Помешенията бяха много чисти и уютни.

Може би някакви домакински съдове - чаши и подобни.

Good staff, a nice restaurant and a good location near Kabakum Beach but also near the bus station to Golden Sands and Varna. It's good for the money we invested.

The smell of towels and water came out of the air conditioning just like in the shower :)) but none of those problems didn't have made this place unbearable.

The hotel is very well located, close to the beach with own parking. Very attentive, kind and polite hosts and staff. The restaurant offers a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Wonderful garden with a gentle music. The food is very well prepared and delicious. Thanks!

Exceptional

The personal was extremely nice and even if they didn't speak English, they take their time to explain what they have for breakfast. They don't have a buffet of breakfast, but they bring you a nice breakfast with toast bread, "komplet" wich is a mix of egs, cucumber, tomatoes, ham. Butter, jam, juice. Breakfast is very cheap! We asked for milk the for coffee and they even brought milk with foam which was nice. They also have a restaurant downstairs with good food and large tables.

My room had uncomfortable pillows. But I can't complain at this price.

We had a wonderful stay!

The property is great value for money. It’s situated at a fantastic location, a short walk to the beach, right next to a bus stop, shops and restaurants. At the same time, our room was very private and quiet. The breakfast was generous and the whole staff was always smiling, friendly and at our disposal. We absolutely loved our stay there and would definitely come back again!

A nice and cosy hotel

I liked the staff - very helpful, the location was nice, quiet, in the court they had a restaurant and it was also near the beach. The fact that parking was in their private court yard was reassuring. They had air conditioning and a small fridge. It was a good experience overall.

I didn't like that in the 3 nights we stayed, they didn't change the towels ( but I think they would have, if I would have asked them) and because the bathroom had a ventilator and not a window, it was a little moist.
