The view from the lounge and balcony is exceptional. Beautiful to sit and watch the mountains while drinking mint tea. Had dinner which was delicious - recommend to stay.

The entire place was gorgeous. The room and views were breathtaking. So comfortable and clean and beautiful. Our host was amazing as well as all the staff. The food was incredible! The soup and tagine was out of this world and the best we have had in Morroco. NThey also helped us organise a hike and that was an incredible time. We can't wait to come back!

On the positive side, the hotel has a nice view of the valley and the mountains. The food is also very good. The location is pleasant (quiet) but not easy to reach (you're better off if you have a car, otherwise it's a long steep walk up the hill from the town).

We stayed in three rooms, and every one of them had a problem with the shower head falling off the wall;- either the mouting hook was broken, or loose, or completely missing. Nearly all the doors squeaked and scraped loudly when opened, and the bathrooms all had bad smells, and the shower drains didn't work (flooded the bathroom each time). A lot of light bulbs also didn't work. Compared to the previous ratings I read before booking, I would have expected better than this. I know it is not easy maintaining a good quality at this type of location, but making sure the showers worked and the doors were oiled is not a major difficulty. Hopefully the owner reads this and can take measures to rectify these.
