Tutto. Appartamento in ottima posizione. Dotato di ogni comfort. Presenti prodotti per la prima colazione e non solo.Topper nel letto e ampia disponibilità cuscini.La signora Elena di una dolcezza e cortesia disarmante. Consigliatissimo sia per brevi che lunghi periodi.

La predisposición de Elena, la ubicación, limpieza, cocina completa con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia corta o larga, balcón grande, lavadora y el desayuno!. Hay parking enfrente del piso que es gratis fuera de temporada de verano (a partir de octubre, creo) Gracias Elena!!

A mi no me molesta en absoluto, pero Es un piso antiguo, aunque así es italia y su pueblitos.

Appartamento spazioso, molto pulito e fornito di tutto quanto necessario e ancora di più, molta la cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento veramente squisito. Tengo a rimarcare l'accoglienza della Sig.ra Elena all'insegna della massima cordialità e disponibilità. Da tornarci.

Oltre le aspettative

Il nostro soggiorno presso Casa Elena è andato ben oltre le aspettative, merito della gestione seria ed accurata di Luca ed Elena. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Elena, che è davvero una persona disponibile e premurosa, sa come far sentire gli ospiti a casa propria. La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, inclusa la fornitura per la prima colazione (brioches, marmellata, yogurt, acqua, caffè ecc). Utilissimo il posto auto condominiale. La spiaggia dista circa 2 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la vicinanza con supermercati e ristoranti, comodamente raggiungibili a piedi.

Centraal gelegen appartement met een vriendelijk host alleen jammer van het omgevingsgeluid.

Vriendelijk onthaal van Elena herself! Ruim appartement. Ontbijt was een voorraad voor enkele dagen. Wat niet echt duidelijk was bij het boeken. Gelukkig wel een lekkere koffiebar op de hoek. We hadden ons buitengesloten en Elena kwam direct met hulp waarvoor nog eens dank. Jammer dat het aan een drukke straat lag en we daar ‘‘s nachts wel wat last van hadden. Kort bij de dijk en het strand gelegen. Ideaal.

So sollten alle Ferienwohnungen sein. Wirklich toll.

Es war einfach alles da, die Kommunikation, die Schlüsselübergabe, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Betten, einiges im Kühlschrank, alles geputzt und die Lage, Restaurants.

Lugar acogedor y cómodo

Aunque pasamos solo una noche todo se paso muy bien. La calidez de Elena es inigualable, también muy buena comunicación para la llegada. El apartamento limpio y cómodo para 4 adultos y una niña. Habían previsto provisiones para el desayuno que nos dejaron en la nevera. Lo mejor si vas en carro es que tiene parking y ascensor para no matarte subiendo maletas.

Las habitaciones dan hacia una calle donde hay circulación de carros, se escucha un poco el ruido en la mañana pero no nos molesto para nada para dormir.
