Great location five minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and check in was easy. Car parking space opposite the apartment.

The apartment was quite small with sloping cellings so space was limited .

The apartment itself is clean and looks like in the ad.

You have to climb more than 120 stairs from beach to the city and then up to hill to the apartment (together with your luggages, glocaries, child stroller etc). That is more, the apartment is on the second floor, so each time it requires much energy to come to it. The ceiling makes the apartment smaller than it is. For high person it is difficult to use the kitchen etc. During our stay, the sink in thr bathroom was clogged.

The sea view apartment has a spacious terrace with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped.

The biggest complaint is non existence of a helpful host. The host only seems to be present through a set of printed notes which are left across the apartment and the building (instructions on what to do and what not to do). The building of 8 apartments shares a single hair dryer, which is not very convenient when you have kids and have to wait around for it, but we managed for the first two days. On the third day, the dryer disappeared (presumably, some of the guests decided they did not want to share). We first messaged the host (the agency running the apartment) and got no response. Then we went to the agency 4-5 times over the next 3 days asking them to solve the issue. They said they would take care of it, but did’t. As we kept coming, not only were they not helpful or apologetic, they were openly annoyed by our repeated visits. Finally, late in the afternoon on our last day, we found a replacement dryer hanging on our door when we returned from the beach - a reaction to a threat of a poor review. Furthermore, whether it is 150 or more likely 300m from the beach, a steep incline should be noted on the way from the beach to the apartment - i.e. be prepared to walk up and down very steep stairs for 150 to 300m. Parking is located half way between the beach and the apartment - again, be prepared to carry your stuff up the steep stairs. The beds are not comfortable.
