We offer a bright, modern and newly furnished apartment under the roof for two people. It has a high, open roof and fantastic mountain views of the Zugspitze with their new cable car !!
Gentle colors and reduced interior characterize the apartment. It is absolutely quiet and centrally located.
Swimming pool and sauna, spa gardens and Zugspitz station in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has 38 square meters, a high, open living room under the gable and new kitchen.
All rooms have wooden or stone floors.
The bedroom in the cozy sloping roof is furnished with comfortable box spring beds and ideal for allergy sufferers.
The modern kitchen with quality appliances is fully equipped.
The living room has a nice dining area, a couch with reclining function and swivel TV with flat screen. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The large west-facing balcony offers plenty of space and a magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif.
The bathroom with bathtub is equipped with shower and towels.
Bed linen and kitchen towels are of course available.
In the entrance area is a coat rack for jackets and clothing.
On atmospheric lighting great value is placed in the apartment.

I liked this comfortable apartments, good communication with owner which is ready to support and help in any questions. In general all is very good. Suppose only tall people could suffer suffer from an attic type of ceiling

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand und ist außerdem noch sehr gut und zentral gelegen.
Die Wohnung enthält eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung. Hier wäre eine Duschwand oder -Vorhang noch sinnvoll.
Ansonsten für einen Aufenthalt zu Zweit ideal geeignet.

If you are looking for a sample of everything southern Bavaria has to offer, This Is The Place! The rental, is near everything….Hiking, biking, dinning, shopping, walking, parks, trains, cable cars to the top of the mountain. The rental was very clean, very cozy and very relaxing. So much of our time was simply spent on the apartments balcony. We could have certainly spent ALL our time there, but when in southern Bavaria…see above⤴️
