About this bed and breakfast
McLaren Vale Avocado Farm Cottage is a modern 2 bedroom apartment situated on 11 acres overlooking beautiful McLaren Vale. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and award winning wineries and only a 5 minute drive to idyillic beaches.
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms each with king size beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with bath and lounge with spectacular views.
We have a private bar b que area and undercover parking.
This property has a 2 night minimum stay
Quoted tariff is based on use of one King Bedroom with sole use of cottage- use of second king bedroom is chargeable.
Reverse cycling heating and cooling in lounge and main bedroom plus ceiling fans provides comfort all year round.
Internet and Netflix are provided.
We are a Bed and Breakfast on a working fruit farm and as such we are unable to accommodate bridal parties

The cottage has a nice well equipped open kitchen and living area, leading to wonderful country views. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was a good selection of breakfast provisions on offer. A good base to discover the region, and to stay and relax.

Wonderful spacious place with a great view of the McLaren Vale wine region. Kitchen and bath were well stocked, including lots of options for breakfast. Christine popped in as we arrived to give us the local low-down. A short drive to town, and I little further to the train to Adelaide.

Christine was a wonderful host. The cottage was perfectly appointed with wonderful beds and bedding. The view over McLaren Vale is a wonderful way to start and finish your day. I would thoroughly recommend this to all my friends
