One of the better pools I have seen in columbia, it is in Centro which pretty much shuts down after 6pm.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay, especially given the price during Carnaval.
The room was not clean on arrival — there were smears all over the mirror and hairs throughout the room that clearly did not belong to me. The common areas were even worse and felt neglected and poorly maintained.
The elevator was broken for the duration of my stay, and there was no prior communication to guests about this, which would have been appreciated.
Breakfast was average at best — edible, but with very limited options. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, however one staff member in particular was rude and dismissive, which left a poor impression.
For the price charged during Carnaval, the condition of the property and facilities was unacceptable. There was no fridge or kettle in the room, which felt very basic for the rate being asked. The surrounding area also felt quite seedy and uncomfortable.
Overall, this property is significantly overpriced for what it offers, and I would not stay here again.
