A private elevator takes you from the entry and garage level to the second floor bedrooms and the top floor great room and master bedroom. This is a truly unique property in Frisco. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath is an end unit with extra windows and light. The fully-equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances and a wood block island. Kitchen bar seats 3. Dining table is surrounded by windows and seats 10. High-end wood and carpet floors throughout. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings, skylights, exposed beams and mountain views from 3 decks. The property has a 2 car garage plus a third surface parking space. The unit is located right next to the large pool house with 2 hot tubs, indoor pool and clubhouse with fitness room and gathering space. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all activities and ski resorts. All bedrooms are suites with private baths. Beautiful furnishings. Lots of seating, large flatscreen and wood fireplace in living area. Free WiFi and cable. Large private deck off the dining area. Second deck has a dining table for 4. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone and 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 30 minutes to Vail. Easy drive to the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. An easy walk or quick drive to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, independent shops, festivals, events and the Frisco Historic Park. Less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful, central location to relax and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer.

Beautiful roomy townhouse with epic views! Awesome kitchen and wood burning fireplace.

Overall great stay. However there were no hand towels or washcloths provided but we made do with the bath towels but you may want to address this issue for future rentals. Also were understocked for toilet paper and tissue paper.
