Good location, spacious and well designed room in historic old townhouse. Helpful and friendly greeting on arrival and nice garden and pool area.

Shortage of staff on reception and around hotel generally. Needed to report issue with a window shutter but couldn’t do so until departure.

Can’t fault this place. It was beautifully appointed, beds were very comfy. The location fantastic.

Loved location, so close to everything! Interior of hotel very cool and modern. Bedrooms nicely decorated. honesty bar a nice touch. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Room was on top floor quite noisy, you could very clearly hear the couple in the room next door. We had a shower that didn’t drain properly and a toilet that would be in constant flush mode so you had to fiddle with the flush to stop it! Both not what you would expect for price paid. Lamp in bedroom side light not working. Breakfast was pleasant but thought a better variety of food could have been offered if felt again a little basis. Pool was nice but could do with a clean a little green around the edges!
