Fantastic property in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay.
It can get very warm in the upstairs master bedroom. There are no screens on the windows (common in New Zealand) but I personally didn't feel comfortable leaving them open during night since bugs and other creatures have easy entry.

Amazing location Well equipped house Beautiful views from the top garden
No fans / air conditioning! Lots of mosquitoes found their way into the bottom room despite the window being closed!
