Lack of liquid soap, 80% of TV channels do not work on TV, dirty balcony, burst toilet lid, no declared Wi-Fi - I used the Internet at the hotel, safe was blocked.

Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely decor and 2 bathrooms. Location excellent. Great hotel.

The light in the apartment was very week. I couldn't reed in the evening. Bulbs have to be changed definitely. It would be such a changed to staying inside. In the evening visibility was very poor. Also I couldn't find the hotel, wandering on the Zdrojowa street for an hours with the kids in the car in the middle of the night. I was told that its Sand hotel. And hotel was called Royal tulip sand hotel. I Pass that hotel many times. Very stressful moment. I think that it will be useful that staff will explain better the location using hotel full name to travellers who have no idea about town and Zdrojowa. I heard I wasn't the first person who was looking for Sand hotel in wrong places.
