Casa Giardinello

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful and quiet location part way up a hill which was full of wildflowers and birds, when we visited, and has stunning views of the sea. The house is large and has a large outdoor space perfect for breakfast, relaxing and dinner. Sunsets from the terrace are fantastic. We spent week here with a car and relaxed. We were sad to leave. Paolo, Francesca and family and welcoming, friendly and thoughtful hosts. Meeting them and receiving such a warm Sicilian welcome was very special. The road is mostly unmade but in good condition so a straight forward drive. It is easy reach of the main road, the 115, Secce Grande, Ribera for supermarkets and Ereclae Minoa, and a short drive to the Valley of the Temples. The nearest beach is a short walk.

On a adoré notre séjour dans la Casa Giardinello.La maison domine avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Elle est très bien équipée et confortable. Le site est exceptionnel. Paolo et Franca sont très avenants et nous ont très bien acceuilli et renseigné sur les magnifiques plages , sites et restaurants à ne pas manquer dans le coin. Nous recommandons vivement.

Panorama spettacolare. Alloggio grande sia all'interno che all'esterno, noi eravamo gli unici ospiti in quella settimana ed è stato bellissimo poter usufruire della doccia esterna e dello spazio disponibile. Posizionato in una collinetta spostata dal centro e ventilata. I proprietari persone squisite, attente e sempre disponibili. Da rifare.

La stradina per arrivare all'alloggio è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena.

Der Ort Seccagrande, von dem die Wohnung knapp 2km entfernt ist, bietet keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, weder Lebensmittel noch zum Bummeln. Dafür ein paar gute Restaurants und eine Eisdiele mit leckerem Eis. Leider gibt es auch nur ein Kiesstrand - ein Auto ist unabdingbar.
