    I want to start this review by explaining that on the way to the hotel, i lost my phone in a taxi driver's car. The front desk associate L went above and beyond to help me recover my property and successfully contacted the person who had my phone and negotiated with them to return my phone safely. This was an absolute lifesaver as I have sensitive data on my phone and would not have been able to continue my trip without it. On top of this each and every question was answered and every request we made was accommodated at an amazingly fast speed. The staff ensured daily cleaning of the room and restocking of consumables such as toilet paper which provided a great atmosphere to put me at ease while I enjoy Shanghai. I would give this hotel 6/5 stars as everyone at this location provided far above average service. This is one of the best hotels you can stay at in the area and is extremely clean. I highly recommend staying here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else for my next visit to Shanghai!

    The location was alright, but the staff was quite friendly and helpful, and the room was pretty clean. The breakfast also offered a mix of western and Chinese food, which was pretty good for me. I booked the Four Seasons room, which came with a balcony, but there were so many mosquitoes that I ended up not using it. However, I highly recommend staying here.

    Choked pipes, shower water would not flow down. Far away from main city attractions. Terrifying interior decor with hand sculptures above each door and strange statues. I did not feel at peace
