We were very happy with the location of our building as easy walking distance to beach , 5th Ave , and other amenities ; however , not right on 5th Ave with all its noise and commotion . Also , our unit was on the very top floor with great views and nice balcony . Amy the landlord was very accessible , reacted very quickly to the few items that we raise upon arrival , and generally very helpful and friendly ; also , her cleaning lady did very good work . We would mention one minor thing , and that is that the staircase to the upstairs bedroom does not have a handrailing and might be challenging with older or less mobile people . Overall , Amy and the unit was great and us four would go there again .

This is a large, light-filled property with two private balconies--one on each level. The building is very secure and couldn't be located more conveniently to the main drag, 5th Avenue. The rooftop pool area is also very nice and well-maintained.
