The location was beautiful, tranquil and peaceful. Time stood still here. The lovely village of Widercombe on the Moor is close by with the stunning scenery of Dartmoor nearby. The owners were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Great space for the dog to run around. Accommodation was spacious. Good size fridge freezer. Clean.

Like is the wrong word. There was nothing I did not like but there are things I would have liked to be better. In the 21st Century WiFi is essential to communication. However, the accommodation itself had no WiFi as the router was in the Laundry a walk away. So it was not possible to communicate with others or get access to the Internet whilst in the property. For me I would take a cup of coffee and sit outside the laundry to send messages or read the News. If it rained I sat in the laundry. An inconvenience not just for me but my fellow travellers who I met by the laundry. It was pleasant but the accommodatio was tired and needs to be refreshed and repainted. Such a lot of potential. Lacked a wow factor.
